Academic year has 3 terms : March-may, july-september, October-february. There is an examination at the end of each term and a progress report is issued thereafter. Besides these three examinations students of STD-I to STD-X have fortnightly class test.
Students should obtain a yearly average 45% in each subject.
Promotion to the next class is based on the average of three terms examinations. With regard to promotion, the decision of the principal is final and binding. The answer scripts of the annual examination shall not be exposed.
No test shall be anticipated or postponed. No Exam will be conducted for absentees. In case of illness, the final result will be consider on the basis of the term’s work and general performance during the year.
Use of unfair means during the test will lead to the cancellation of that paper. Repetition of the same will result in dismissal. Manipulating the report card or any other ceritificate shall result in the dismissal of the concerned students.
Students, whose fees are in arrears, will not be allowed to sit for the final examination.
There will be internal assessment for 20% marks in all subjects.
Marks for English Conversation will be awarded.
